Emergencies happen when you least expect them. So if you find yourself in an emergency situation in your Minto rental home, simply give us a call and we'll respond within 24 hours. For all other non-emergency requests, we’ll respond within two business days, if not sooner. To make things easier for you, you can even fill out a Service Request Form online to let us know about the issues you’re having.
If you’re not happy, we're not either. When we say we want you to be happy with your new home, we really mean it. Our 7-day customer service promise allows you to cancel your lease within 7 days of your official move-in date on your lease agreement. So even if you have a change of heart, you’re under no obligation. The most important thing is that you’re completely satisfied.
